Individual Therapy

I help clients create a full and meaningful life. I work with people whose goals are to reduce anxiety, depression, self-harm and/or negative thinking. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, I help clients establish healthy boundaries, create goals to  promote well-being and  practice skills that reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms.

ADHD counselling

I offer ADHD counselling services.  I provide comprehensive support tailored to individuals navigating the challenges of ADHD. My approach includes personalized coaching, educational resources, and effective strategies designed to empower you and enhance your daily life. Together, we will work towards achieving your goals and fostering a greater understanding of ADHD.

Grief has no time frame. It impacts a person's whole life. The loss of a loved one, a pet, a career, our health, etc. needs to be grieved in order to move forward. Many people feel overwhelmed by their grief, have difficulty expressing their feelings and can feel as if they are stuck in their grief.   I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and process grief and loss.

My Approach

My approach to counseling is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I believe in creating a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I integrate various therapeutic techniques to tailor treatment according to each individual's unique needs and goals.

As a registered counselling therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards mental, social and emotional well-being. With a compassionate, trauma-informed and holistic approach, I strive to empower my clients to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives.

Getting Help

Seeking help is the first step towards healing. It is a courageous act of self-care. I provide a range of resources to support individuals in managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, coping with depression, managing anger, and reducing stress. These resources are aimed at promoting self-awareness, self-care, and personal growth.
